Design and Build projects are being commonly used for a variety of commercial developments. Our involvement and role would include understanding the client’s objectives and developing the “Employer’s Requirements Document” for contract purposes, as well as providing advice on implications affecting the site/property design, use and cost. We would lead the project from inception through to completion . We would also arrange, run and minute meetings and deal with the contractor directly ensuring there is control on cost, quality and programme. Our services would also include key roles during handover inspections, defect periods and rectification periods.
