A CDM Coordinator must be appointed for any project that is notifiable to the HSE.

CDM Coordinators are responsible for advising and assisting clients to comply with their duties under the regulations, in particular to ensure the project is properly managed and that competent Designers and Contractors are appointed. We do the work for you. As CDM Coordinators we offer the following services;

·         advise and assist the client with their duties;

·         notify details of the project to HSE[1];

·         co-ordinate health and safety aspects of design work and co-operate with others

involved with the project;

·         facilitate good communication between the client, designers and contractors;

·         liaise with the principal contractor regarding ongoing design work;

·         identify, collect and pass on pre-construction information; and

·         prepare/update the health and safety file
